A Disneyland vacation is absolutely a dream come true for travelers from 3 to 103. But no Disneyland Vacation is ever complete without a Disneyland Tour.
Disneyland tours are perfect ways to experience the “Happiest Place on Earth”–especially for first-time visitors. There are actually four tours available, and your park admission is required to take part. It is strongly suggested that you make a reservation for the tour you wish to take.
Welcome to Disneyland
First time guests love the Welcome to Disneyland Tour. Among the many benefits of this excursion are priority seating at one of the stage shows, tips and suggestions for getting the most out of your Disneyland vacation, a brief history of the park, priority seating at one of the many restaurants and instruction in using FastPass with two bonus FastPass tickets. These are only a few of the many benefits of taking part in the Welcome to Disneyland Tour. Tickets are merely $25 per person, and the tour lasts about two hours.
Discover the Magic
The most well-known Disneyland excursion is the Discover the Magic Tour. On this trip, you will work with favourite Disneyland characters to find clues and hunt for treasure. You and your children can literally live out a Disneyland fantasy with loveable characters, while you outsmart the Disney bad guys. This tour includes lunch and an exclusive gift that is only provided to tour participants. The Discover the Magic Tour usually lasts for about three hours. There is a two-ticket minimum, with tickets at a price of $49 each of the first two, and additional tickets available for $39 each. The tour is appropriate for kids and adults 5 to 9. This Disneyland tour is not advisable for children in strollers or those under the age of five.
V.I.P.
The Disneyland V.I.P. tour lasts about four hours, and costs $75 per hour for a party of up to ten persons. This tour must be booked well in advance, and there is an extra twenty-dollar fee for late bookings. This tour is intended for adults who have a true interest in Disney and Disneyland history. The Disneyland V.I.P tour is not advisable for children.
A Walk in Walt’s Footsteps
This very special tour concentrates on the vision of Walt Disney. Filled with trivia about the park and rich with history, A Walk in Walt’s Footsteps takes participants on a three-an-a-half hour informational tour, highlighted by a preview at the exclusive Club 33. Tickets are $49 per person, thought not suitable for small children.
Whether you want to experience the fun of Disneyland as an “insider”, or know more about the history of the park, Disneyland tours offer great insight and good value. Make a Disneyland tour part of your experience, and see more magical things than you imagined possible.
